Sessions must be booked at least 24 hours in advance.
Rescheduling is available at no cost with 24 hours notice.
Full refunds are available for cancellations made 72+ hours before scheduled sessions.
Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled appointment will incur a 50% fee.
No refunds once a session has been completed.
In case of documented emergencies, our cancellation policy may be waived at management's discretion. Supporting documentation may be requested.
