💳 Payments & Sessions Policy
Payment Methods
We accept all major credit/debit cards, Paypal and bank transfers. Payments are processed securely through our verified payment gateway. All transactions are encrypted to ensure maximum security of your financial information.
Booking & Cancellation
A session is only considered confirmed once payment has been received.
Sessions must be booked at least 24 hours in advance.
Rescheduling is available at no cost with 24 hours notice.
Refunds
Full refunds are available for cancellations made 72+ hours before scheduled sessions.
Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled appointment will incur a 50% fee.
No refunds once a session has been completed.
Emergency Provisions
In case of documented emergencies, our cancellation policy may be waived at management's discretion. Supporting documentation may be requested.

- Sessions are non-refundable once completed.

- We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone at our discretion, if we feel the session is not in alignment.
